If you would have told me I was going to be excited to see a sequel to See No Evil a few months ago I would have been pretty damn surprised. Once word floated in that the terrifyingly talented duo behind American Mary were at the helm of the sequel it was enough to gauge the interest of plenty of horror fans. Whether or not you liked the original flick, the idea of Jen and Sylvia Soska taking on anything within the horror genre is worth paying attention to. Today, news got even better as both American Mary herself, Katharine Isabelle (above), and Hatchet II & III star Danielle Harris (bottom) will star alongside each other in the sequel, See No Evil 2. That’s some seriously awesome stuff right there. Both actresses are amazingly talented and a lot of fun to watch on screen, this should be a real treat for horror fans and I can’t wait to see how it turns out! Continue Reading…

Back in 2006 we saw a brutal killer born out of the Honey Island Swamp by the name of Victor Crowley. When we were first introduced to this new breed of killer it brought audiences back to a time when slashers ruled the horror genre. Three films later, would Crowley leave a legacy behind he would be proud of? Adam Green passes the torch to BJ McDonnell who makes Hatchet III his directorial debut as it follows a search and recovery team that heads into the haunted swamp to pick up the pieces and Marybeth learns the secret to ending the voodoo curse that has left Victor Crowley haunting and terrorizing Honey Island Swamp for decades. Blood soaked Hatchet III clip does its best Evil Dead impression! The best thing you’ll see today!

We will soon be hearing the sweet sound of of Victor Crowley tearing his poor victims to pieces as BJ McDonnell’s Hatchet III hits limited theaters on June 14th so for now check out this ridiculously awesome red-band clip! This is one hell of a red band clip from McDonnell’s directorial debut. Thanks to IGN, who landed this epic clip, we see Danielle Harris’ Marybeth pick up right where she left off from Hatchet II after she blows a fancy hole in Victor Crowley’s head. This clip right here earns every bit of its red band title so prepare yourselves before you click that little play button because this is one gory bastard.
