The world of horror is just now starting to catch wind of a little supernatural suspense film by the name of The Drownsman from writer/director Chad Archibald who aims to deliver a new kind of villain that echoes the legendary monsters from films like Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween and Hellraiser.
