Starry Eyes—from writing/directing duo Kevin Kölsch and Dennis Widmyer—flew completely under my radar, but now that it is gearing up for its SXSW debut, a teaser has been released and it’s quite intriguing, to say the least. The teaser itself doesn’t really tell you a whole lot, instead it offers 45 seconds of enough madness that it will have your skin crawling. The film takes a dark look at a young budding actress searching for her big break in Hollywood.
