Rob McLellan’s short film ABE is a brilliantly crafted bit of sci-fi that is every bit disturbing as it is beautiful. It’s such a unique premise that starts with a girl bound to a table with some medical tools sitting on a table next to her. When we meet the killer and he speaks for the first time with his terrifyingly calm voice it sends a shiver down your spine. It looks like Bloody Disgusting Selects has another wicked looking horror flick up their sleeves with The Haunting of Helena. The film landed a release in select theaters on June 21, 2013. Filming to start this month on Stephen King’s A Good Marriage

The last we heard about the film adaptation of Stephen King’s A Good Marriage was way back when Joan Allen (below) joined the cast to play Darcy Anderson who discovers her husband has been keeping an especially terrible secret for years. Now, it looks like the adaptation is set to begin filming later this month. Per Rivertowns Patch, production is getting underway at the end of May in Sleepy Hollow, New York with a 15-day shoot scheduled at a local home. Continue Reading…
