Xan Cassavetes’ vampire tale ‘Kiss of the Damned’ gets a new featurette
Legendary comic book artist Stan Lee’s Youtube channel World of Heroes just recently launched a new series called Cosplay Piano where they mash together recognizable music themes from movies and tv shows with a cosplay element. Their first video features the insanely talented Sonya Belosouva who covers The Walking Dead theme. It’s a pretty wicked video and quickly reminds me how talentless I am. Continue Reading…

Bruce Campbell talks ‘Evil Dead 4′
Horror fans everywhere got excited once Sam Raimi dropped the news that he and his brother were finally going to write Evil Dead 4 this summer. We know how Raimi feels about it but what does Bruce Campbell think? Empire caught up with the actor and it sounds like the film is very much on his radar. Continue Reading…

It’s here folks, the trailer for ‘You’re Next’ has arrived
It’s been way too long but the trailer for Lionsgate’s much talked about You’re Next has finally arrived and it was well wroth the wait. The trailer is brilliant as it uses Lou Reed’s “Perfect Day” to take you into the madness of the home invasion that has blown audiences away since its premiere at festivals a couple of years ago. Haunting official poster for ‘The Conjuring’
James Wan’s The Conjuring made a pretty big splash in the horror community when it released its first trailer just a few weeks ago and now we’ve got the first official poster for the flick and it’s one of my favorites of the year so far. A truly creepy design that keeps it simple with a old-school horror vibe. Continue Reading…

Laz Marquez creates unforgettable ‘Evil Dead’ poster
Regular readers of Rhino’s Horror should be very familiar with artist Laz Marquez as his amazing work has been featured on here plenty of times. We’ve seen a lot of great Evil Dead posters popping up all over the internet so it was only a matter of time before Marquez took his artistic vision and went to work on a poster for the upcoming Fede Alvarez directed remake — and how happy we are that he did because it’s simply striking. Just because I know you guys are as excited for Edgar Wright’s The World’s End as I am, here’s another new still from the film for you to gander at. With the film’s new release date of August 23rd expect to see a lot more from this flick in the coming months. There’s way too much cool going on in this pic as it features the core of the cast walking down a neighborhood sidewalk lead by the one and only Simon Pegg. Continue Reading…

Clips from ‘My Amityville Horror’ take you inside the haunting
One of the most interesting things about the fascinating documentary My Amityville Horror is that whether or not you believe what Daniel Lutz says about his experience with the house, there’s no denying that it’s one hell of a story. I’ve got a couple of new clips for you guys to check out below and they do a great job of reeling you into what he has to say. In case you’re on the fence about checking this film out which is available on VOD right now then maybe these new clips will gauge your interest to hear the rest of Lutz’s story. Continue Reading…

New trailer for zombie epic ‘World War Z’
It’s no secret that the Marc Forster directed World War Z has been plagued with problems since it started shooting, but despite everything seemingly going wrong, it looks like they’ve created — if anything — one hell of a looking zombie flick. The latest trailer shows a lot of new footage but strangely enough they never give us a close up of the zombies which is odd considering that’s exactly what this film is about. I’m still iffy with the entire film, not because it barely resembles the novel, but because of all the CG. Obviously with the direction they’ve taken this film to be more of an action summer blockbuster CG was the best answer so we’ll see how this turns out. I’m setting the bar low as of right now though.
