I’ve got something a little different for you folks today and I think you’re really going to dig it. Larry Alan’s work marks only the second photographer to land a spot in The Art of Horror and you’ll quickly find out why. He’s a fantastic photographer who has a gift for capturing horror with a single shot. Some of his work is nothing short of disturbing that will no doubt please any fan of the genre, while other shots are just down right frightening that will linger with you long after you’ve seen them. It’s a real treat having an artist like Alan grace The Art of Horror because instead of a pen and paper, his tool is his camera and with it he brings horror to life with the push of a button.

For as long as I can remember I have loved the horror genre. As a kid I would much rather of watched a Nightmare on Elm Street than an episode of Sesame Street, that is unless Cookie Monster revealed himself to be an actual monster and began to wreak havoc on all of his neighbors.

I enjoy life, living comes so naturally to me; its a precious gift like boobs… or rockets. I honestly believe that if you were ever attacked by a gorilla that you should just sit back and relax while you enjoy the once in a life time feeling of having each of your limbs ripped off.

Well that’s freaky. Some of them look very realistic. Very creepy. Would love to see him come on board a horror flick as a cinematographer or something.
